This place is amazing!! I came in without an appointment asking if there was anything that they thought they could do to help with a terrible haircut I had done at Kalla Lilly Salon in Maple Grove. Not only were they extremely empathetic to the situation, they squeezed me in immediately to help trim my hair so that it could grow out nicely. Anne did so good helping blend and trim my hair and I am so grateful for her and my experience at this salon!!!

Anna is great. She gives the best shampoo/head massage. I've joked about coming in just for that. Plus, she is super meticulous about giving a great cut. Front of the salon staff has also always been helpful and welcoming.

I have had my hair done by Patty Parsons for over 30 years. She is a wonderful person as well as a great hair stylist. All Bay salon staff is very helpful and friendly and professional. I also get my hair cut by Anna McGarry. She is also a very good stylist. All in all Bay Salon is a great place that caters to all your beauty needs.

Love my hair stylist. I get so many compliments on my haircut. I have referred many new clients to her. The Salon workers are all very friendly and welcoming. They also have a fun Boutique you can browse before or after your appointment.

Bay salon has been my Salon exclusively for 20 years !! Patti Parsons has been my stylist who is an absolute miracle worker and amazing stylist. The salon has changed owners a few times during my tenure , however , each time the new owner has made the salon even better. Andy and Mary have been involved in many positive changes and are delight to see when I arrive offering me coffee and a cookie !!
